Job summary

Insituform Technologies USA LLC is seeking an experienced General Foreman to lead a crew in the installation and repair of pipe rehabilitation products. The role requires coordinating schedules, overseeing equipment, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Applicants should have 2–3 years of foreman/tech experience in outdoor construction, CDL Class A/B, and Hazmat preference. Travel up to 80–85% may be required; local residence preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of technician and/or foreman experience in outdoor construction.
• CIPP experience in water/sewer is required.
• CDL Permit, Class A or B required; Hazmat preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front-line lead employee responsible for performing and directing activities of a crew in installing and repairing pipe rehabilitation products.
• Schedule and coordinate crew activities a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.
• Manage and maintain equipment for project completion; provide site leadership and enforce policies.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance; perform general construction activities as needed.
• Prepare and submit production, safety, and time reports.
