Job Purpose:

The Crew Lead provides supervision and support to the crew while in the shop and on-site. They require proficiency in all services the company provides and act as a liaison between the crew and the COO/General Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide line-painting and parking lot maintenance services at an exceptional level
2. Act as a manager first, and crew member second
3. Complete minor maintenance tasks as needed while onsite
4. Complete non-routine maintenance onsite if it arises
5. Act as the liaison between EverLine and the client while onsite
6. Act as the liaison between their crew and management when discussing crew concerns
7. Take accountability for quality, presentation, and safety of their crew
8. Responsible for ensuring crewmember compliance to EverLine written policies and enforcing disciplinary measures both formal and informal as deemed necessary
9. Responsible for onsite decision making in adverse situations
10. Perform quality checks at the end of every shift
