Job summary

1-800 Striper of South Phoenix in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the crew responsible for parking lot striping and related construction tasks. You will supervise multiple crews, ensure high-quality workmanship, and manage timelines while enforcing safety policies on job sites.

The role requires hands-on coordination with line striping equipment, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to train and develop staff. A High School diploma and clean driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Experienced with line striping and the use of paint striping machines and equipment.
• Familiar with and can perform minor construction including parking sign and wheel stop installations.
• High School Degree or equivalent.
• A valid and clean driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support multiple crews prioritizing work.
• Reads and follows plans, material lists, and guidelines and applies necessary timelines.
• Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and time frames.
• Enforces all company safety policies and procedures.
• Enforces all client-required safety policies and procedures.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements, including Field Worker discipline and documentation.
• Approve Field Workers’ timesheets for payroll by deadline.
• Responsible for all customer relations.
• Implementing, training, and managing software applicable to customer relations.
