What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive the truck and lead a small crew (1–3 people)
• Set up jobs and plan the work before it starts
• Operate striping equipment (we’ll train you)
• Keep the crew moving and jobs on track
• Make sure lines are clean, straight, and done right
• Handle problems in the field without waiting on someone else

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who shows up and takes ownership
• Comfortable leading others and giving direction
• Pays attention to detail (this work has to look right)
• Can think ahead and stay organized
• Not afraid of physical, outdoor work
• Has a valid driver’s license
