Job summary

A.C. Moate Industries, Inc. is seeking a Parking Lot Striping Foreman with proven experience in parking lot striping, pavement markings, and crew leadership. You will lead crews to deliver high-quality results and oversee layout, ADA compliance, and safety on the job.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, applying traffic paint, maintaining equipment, and ensuring timely completion while upholding standards. Night and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading parking lot striping crews and delivering high-quality results.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of ADA requirements and safe layout/marking practices.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends when required.

Job Responsibilities

Striping Operations

• Lead and manage parking lot striping crews
• Perform layout and striping for parking lots
• Apply traffic paint, ADA markings, fire lanes, and stencils
• Re-stripe sealcoated lots and existing layouts
• Ensure accuracy in layout, spacing, and line quality
• Operate striping machines and related equipment
• Maintain and clean equipment

Project Execution

• Coordinate with project managers on job scope and schedule
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and to standard
• Track materials and job progress
• Communicate with crew and management Safety

• Follow and enforce jobsite safety requirements
• Maintain clean and organized jobsites

Job Requirements
