Job summary

1-800-STRIPER® of Fairfield County is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee striping operations across commercial parking lots in Southwest Connecticut. This hands-on leadership role requires operating equipment, driving a company truck, and guiding a small crew to deliver quality work on active sites.

You’ll lead, train, and support crew members, manage materials, and ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to specs while working outdoors during peak season.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (clean record) required.
• Experience operating equipment or working in construction/outdoor environments.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs and work outdoors.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Comfortable leading a team and making on-site decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small crew on job sites.
• Operate striping and maintenance equipment.
• Drive and maintain a company box truck.
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to spec.
• Handle basic equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Manage materials and truck inventory.
• Train and support crew members.
