Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates moving assignments, including packing, loading, unloading, and unpacking.
• Manages inventory of packing supplies and equipment during moves.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for customers and communicate status to management.
• Enforce safety policies and perform pre-job safety briefings.
• Resolve operational challenges in real time and escalate when needed.
• Support additional projects and duties as assigned.
