Job summary

Utility Lines Construction Services in Arkansas seeks an Overhead Distribution Working Foreperson to direct a crew on overhead power lines, poles, and cables. You will ensure safe, high‑quality work and manage daily tool testing and inspections.

Requirements include 5+ years in electrical power line construction, ability to operate bucket trucks and related equipment, strong communication, and willingness to travel for out‑of‑state storm work. CDL preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in electrical power line construction.
• Proof of work experience, schooling, and any certifications.
• Ability to identify and operate required tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Directs and assists crew with all parts of the electrical system.
• Ensure daily testing and inspection of tools and equipment.
• Enforce safety program at field level and train employees.
• Conduct safety inspections and incident investigations.
• Maintain compliance with rules and regulations.
