Job summary

Utility Lines Construction Services seeks an Overhead Distribution Working Foreperson to lead a crew on overhead distribution and transmission projects, including poles and electrical systems. The role emphasizes safety, tool readiness, and daily coordination with the General Foreperson.

The candidate should have experience in electrical power line construction and be prepared to travel for storm response if needed. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of energized high voltage systems.
• Able to identify, operate and service required tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Directs and assists crew with all parts of the electrical system.
• Obtain daily job descriptions and follow up with General Foreperson.
• Ensure daily testing and inspection of assigned tools and equipment.
• Implement and enforce safety program at field level for employees.
• Ensure employees are trained and qualified to perform the work.
• Conduct quality job briefings and safety inspections.
