6th Man Movers is a leading moving company in the Nashville area, seeking a Crew Lead/Driver to manage moving crews, drive trucks, and ensure safe, customer-focused service. The role combines leadership with hands-on moving duties, including pre/post-trip vehicle checks and paperwork.

You will lead a crew, ensure proper loading, and communicate with customers to meet their needs while maintaining safety and efficiency. Weekend availability is required, with competitive weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• No violence or theft in background.
• Reliable transportation (no Uber/Lyft).
• Weekend availability.
• Good MVR; no DUIs or major incidents.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent customer service and reliability.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or enrollment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of movers.
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of customer belongings.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address needs and concerns.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Provide training and support to new team members.
• Complete necessary paperwork and reports.
