Sixth Man Movers is seeking a Crew Lead/Driver to guide moving crews and ensure efficient, safe, and customer-focused service in the Nashville area. You will drive moving trucks, supervise a team, and interact with customers to deliver outstanding experiences.

The role requires leadership, strong customer service, and physical readiness for lifting and loading tasks. Weekend availability is important and a valid license is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; no DUIs or major offenses.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable and punctual; own transportation.
• Availability to work weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or current enrollment is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of movers.
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of customer belongings.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs and concerns.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Provide training and support to new team members.
• Complete necessary paperwork and reports.
