Highbrow Moving, LLC is hiring reliable Movers & Drivers to join our growing Nashville team. If you enjoy staying active, working with a supportive crew, and taking pride in quality work, we’d love to hear from you.

We provide training and a supportive environment to help you succeed, plus weekly pay, PTO, uniforms, and well-maintained trucks. Prior moving experience is a plus but not required; dependable people with a strong work ethic will thrive and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Able to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and household items.
• Strategically pack trucks to prevent damage during transport.
• Drive clients’ belongings safely to their destination.
• Carefully handle high-value items such as artwork, antiques, and designer furniture.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Help create a smooth, stress-free moving experience for every client.
• Keep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Problem-solve and adapt during moves when needed.
