Sixth Man Movers in Tennessee seeks a Crew Lead/Driver to lead moving crews and ensure safe, efficient service for customers. You will drive moving trucks, supervise a team, and interact with customers to provide outstanding help on site.

The role requires strong leadership, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and weekend availability. Training is provided; join a high-rated moving company serving the La Vergne area.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

We are looking for a Crew Lead/Driver to lead moving crews and ensure efficient, safe, and customer-focused moving services. This role involves driving our moving trucks, leading a team, and interacting with customers to provide exceptional service.

Pay

Pay $1,000 - $1,500 weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of movers.

• Must have reliable transportation. (No Ubers or Lyft)
• Must have availability to work weekends.
• Good MVR (No DUIs, Reckless, Major Accidents, Super Speeding).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree or current enrollment is a plus but not required.
