You will load and unload goods, assemble furniture, complete move paperwork, and deliver excellent service through clear communication and safe practices. Must be 21+, hold a valid license, and be able to lift 100+ pounds with assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move furniture weighing 100+ pounds with assistance.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience leading moving crews and ensuring safe, efficient moves.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and help lead a 20- to 26-ft truck on job sites.
• Supervise moving crew and coordinate tasks for each move.
• Load, unload, wrap, and inventory household and commercial goods.
• Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed.
• Complete customer walkthroughs and ensure high-quality service.
