Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to drive daily crew productivity, coordinate with management on hiring needs and safety protocols, and mentor team members on field operations. The role emphasizes safety training, incident reporting, and effective communication with customers and authorities.

The Foreperson will oversee assignment of tasks, monitor crew performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA standards while maintaining equipment and records.

Qualifications

• Requires understanding of drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and adapt to field requirements.
• CDL required and driving ability may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new or revised units.
• Enforces safe work practices per policy and OSHA specifications.
• Maintains accurate records, timesheets, and reports related to crew performance.
• May investigate incidents and assist with damage claims as needed.
