Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Foreperson to ensure safe productivity of the crew, engage all employees in required training, and communicate directly with the General Foreperson. The role involves operating and maintaining equipment, coordinating daily work, and enforcing safety policies at job sites.

The Foreperson will plan, supervise, and report on crew activities, while ensuring high-quality work and reliable customer service, including interactions with property owners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must have organizational skills and be able to multi-task.
• Must be capable of adjusting to field requirements and take independent action without close supervision.

Responsabilités

• Trims and/or removes trees by climbing with the aid of a ladder, safety belt, climbing line, powered trimmer lift truck, or works from the ground using gasoline, air, and hand-powered saws, pruner, etc.
• Uses wedges, sledges, and chain saws in felling trees or trimmed trunks and in cutting and splitting logs into manageable pieces.
• Loads and unloads trucks.
• Furnishes General Foreperson and utility representative with reports of orders completed and crew time.
• Maintains accurate records, timesheets and reports related to the crew operation.
