Job summary

JMT Landscape Group LLC is seeking a Crew Foreman to lead a 3–4 person crew in constructing high-quality outdoor environments for multi-family, senior living, university, and mixed-use developments. You will oversee safety, productivity, and project execution from start to finish.

The role requires strong leadership, experience reading plans, coordinating materials and subcontractors, and delivering projects on schedule while maintaining top workmanship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of crew supervision in outdoor construction.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specs.
• Experience with construction management software for logs and timekeeping (Procore or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 3–4 employees and coordinate daily field activities.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specs; plan daily work.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and promote a safety-first culture.
