107 Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief to join our Sulphur, LA location. You will work with the General Manager to guide the crew, boost sales, and deliver top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You'll receive coaching, lead daily huddles, manage inventory, and help with budgeting and forecasts while ensuring safety and quality standards. This role offers growth and leadership development within the company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of motivating diverse groups.
• Strong business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the crew with the GM to drive revenue growth.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training programs.
• Ensure quality control and safe, presentable service operations.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and guest issues.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming service center.
