Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Pasco, WA is hiring a Crew Chief to join the store leadership team. You will work closely with the General Manager to guide the crew, drive guest satisfaction, and boost sales through coaching and operational excellence.

The role offers full-time hours, hourly pay starting around $17.64–$18.14 depending on experience, and a robust benefits package including 401K, health insurance, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of inspiring and motivating diverse groups.
• Has sound business sense and an understanding of the retail industry.
• Able to read safety rules and operating/maintenance instructions.
• Able to stand on your feet for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Lead with the GM to grow guest count and sales through coaching and performance metrics.
• Develop teammates through training, guidance, and direction.
• Ensure quality control measures are followed consistently.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and store operations.
• Open/close duties when the GM is off; lead daily huddles and meetings.
• Build an engaged workforce aligned with customer demand.
