Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong business sense with understanding of retail operations.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating procedures.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-performance retail setting.
• Guest-first mindset and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings with GM.
• Coach and guide teammates; drive guest experience and sales growth.
• Ensure adherence to quality control measures and safety rules.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center per guidelines.
• Provide mentorship to technicians and customer service staff.
