Team Car Care in Auburn, WA is seeking a Crew Chief to join our management team and guide a busy automotive service operation. You will work directly with the General Manager to lead the crew, boost guest satisfaction, and drive sales while maintaining service quality.

Responsibilities include coaching technicians and CSAs, ensuring safety and quality standards, managing inventory and cash handling, and conducting daily team huddles to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with ability to inspire diverse groups.
• Strong business sense and sales understanding.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop teammates through training and mentoring.
