Job summary

WizeHire, Inc seeks a hybrid leadership professional for field operations in Austin, TX. You will spend your days in the field, walking properties, supporting crews, solving problems, inspecting completed work, and ensuring trucks, equipment, and the team run at a high level.

You will partner with the Operations Manager and Ops Coordinator to keep field operations on track while building a positive, accountable culture. Schedule is Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays.

• Ability to inspect work quality and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Walk properties and monitor progress on-site.
• Support crews and resolve on-site issues.
• Inspect completed work for quality and safety.
• Ensure trucks and equipment are maintained and operational.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Ops Coordinator to keep field operations running smoothly.

You'll spend your day walking properties, supporting crews, solving problems, inspecting completed work, and making sure our trucks, equipment, and team are operating at a high level. You'll partner closely with both the Operations Manager and Ops Coordinator to keep field operations running smoothly while creating a positive, accountable culture.

SCHEDULED HOURS: Monday-Friday | 12:00 PM-8:00 PM | Occasional Saturdays
