Job summary

interiorlogicgroup is seeking a Field Manager to oversee field operations, ensure safety and quality, and maintain strong customer satisfaction. This role leads field crews, coordinates with project teams, and serves as the primary on-site liaison with clients and subcontractors while driving on-time delivery.

You will develop daily and weekly schedules, inspect sites for progress and compliance, and push continuous improvements across processes, safety programs, and reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in field operations, construction, or project management.
• Proven leadership and ability to supervise field crews.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Develop and implement daily and weekly work schedules to optimize labor and materials.
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety protocols and specs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays or rework.
