Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing personnel, equipment, and supplies for daily operations.
• Assign duties, encourage teamwork, and promote a collaborative environment.
• Inform staff about new menu items, specials, and promotional materials.
• Supervise performance and behavior; ensure adherence to policies and high service standards.
• Monitor time cards and adjust schedules to control overtime.
• Enforce portion control per SOPs and maintain security during deliveries.
• Handle cash receipts, reconcile funds, and make daily deposits.
