Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to drive revenue growth through guest count and sales performance.
• Coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service and guest experience.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align goals and priorities.
• Develop teammates through ongoing training, coaching, and guidance.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and cleanliness in all areas of the service center.
• Assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
