Team Car Care in Burlington, NJ seeks a Crew Chief to partner with the General Manager in leading the service team and driving guest satisfaction. You will coach technicians and customer service associates, mentor staff, and help control inventory and store operations to meet sales goals.

You’ll engage in daily team huddles, participate in budgeting and forecasting, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming center for customers.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader who can inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Sound business sense with understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew alongside the General Manager to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor teammates; conduct daily huddles and store meetings.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and general store operations.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable per guidelines.
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
