YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

Your duties will include assisting in the preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet the needs of the business. You will help in assigning employee duties, encouraging teamwork, and promoting a collaborative work environment. You will be responsible for keeping our team informed about new menu items, specials, and promotional materials, ensuring all employees understand food preparation and service for exceptional customer experiences.

You will support the development and growth of our team members by conducting orientation and training for new employees and providing refresher training as needed. Supervising employee performance and behavior to ensure adherence to company policies and high service standards is also part of your role. Efficiency and attention to detail are essential; you will monitor and review time cards daily, adjust schedules to meet restaurant needs, and minimize overtime. You will enforce portion control measures, maintain security protocols, and check deliveries for accuracy and quality. Additionally, you will handle administrative procedures such as cash receipts, fund reconciliation, and daily deposits.
