Job summary

Chestnut Land Company, the Auntie Anne's franchise partner, is hiring for a Crew and Shift Leader at Castleton Square Mall in Indianapolis, IN. You’ll prep, bake and serve pretzels, greet customers, and help maintain a friendly, fast-paced environment.

We offer $12.00–$14.00 per hour plus tips, mall hours with no late nights, paid training, and opportunities to advance within the company. Crew must be at least 16 years old; join us and grow with a fun, supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Prepping, baking and serving pretzels and other products.
• Greets customers and takes orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner.
• Shift Lead responsibilities: direct restaurant operation in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and safety.
• Monitor breaks, overtime and scheduling for employees.
• Assist with training new employees.
• Crew age requirement: 16

CREW

Crew members are to strive to deliver a high quality experience on behalf of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, by prepping, making and serving all of their products in an appropriate fashion while working together with other staff on other tasks.

SHIFT LEADER

The Shift Lead’s responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety within the Auntie Anne’s Pretzels.
