Auntie Anne’s - Crew at Tanger Outlets Grand Rapids is hiring to deliver a high quality pretzel experience. Crew members prep, bake and serve products while collaborating with other staff in a mall setting.

We offer $13.75/hour plus tips (typical $2-3/hour), paid training, employee discount, and potential benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance and 401k; tuition reimbursement and opportunities to advance are also available.

Job Summary:

Crew members are to strive to deliver a high quality experience on behalf of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, by prepping, making and serving all of their products in an appropriate fashion while working together with other staff on other tasks.

• Responsible for prepping, baking and serving pretzels as well as other products.
• Greets customers and takes orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner.
