Auntie Anne's known for our fresh pretzels is hiring a Crew and Shift Leader in Boardman, Ohio, at Southern Park Mall. You will greet guests, take orders, and help prep, bake and serve our products with a team-focused approach.

The role offers mall hours with no late nights, competitive wages ($12.00-$13.50/hour) plus tips, paid training, and opportunities to advance. Benefits may be available, including Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k options.

CREW

Crew members are to strive to deliver a high quality experience on behalf of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, by prepping, making and serving all of their products in an appropriate fashion while working together with other staff on other tasks.

• Responsible for prepping, baking and serving pretzels as well as other products.
• Greets customers and takes orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner.
• Crew age requirement: 16

SHIFT LEADER

The Shift Lead’s responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety within the Auntie Anne’s Pretzels.

• Responsible for prepping, baking and serving pretzels as well as other products.
• Greets customers and takes orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner.
• Monitors breaks, overtime and scheduling for employees.
• Assist with training new employees.
