Job summary

American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) seeks a Program Administrator, CREOG Programs & Operations in Washington, DC. The role liaises with OB-GYN residency programs nationwide, supporting engagement, communications, and operational execution of CREOG projects.

The position is hybrid and requires commuting to the ACOG office in Washington, DC. Candidates should bring strong customer service, communication, and project coordination skills, with experience in membership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; focus in healthcare administration, communications, public health, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in program coordination, membership services, communications, or operations.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical education, or association environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for OB-GYN residency program leaders inquiries, including directors and managers.
  • Welcome and orient new residency program leaders, ensuring smooth transition into ACOG/CREOG engagement.
  • Assist residency programs with ACOG membership setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
  • Manage inquiries to CREOG team, providing timely, high-quality customer service.
  • Maintain residency program records within ACOG’s membership database (NetForum), with routine audits and updates.
  • Assist with development and distribution of CREOG communications and ensure timely delivery to target audiences.
  • Coordinate content collection and ensure messaging consistency across CREOG communications.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to CREOG program managers for meetings, committees, events, and scheduling.
  • Support development and maintenance of the CREOG website; participate in new website build initiatives.
  • Monitor website analytics and report on engagement; maintain the CREOG Clearinghouse.
