Job summary

Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Designer in Milwaukee, WI to support product development through Creo-based 3D modeling, engineering drawings, and BOM creation. This hands-on role collaborates with engineering teams to move concepts into production.

The ideal candidate has strong Creo experience, CAD modeling skills, and GD&T knowledge, with exposure to manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Creo required.
• Experience creating 3D CAD models and assemblies.
• Knowledge and application of GD&T.
• Ability to create engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Manufacturing or product design environment experience is a plus.
• OEM or industrial product experience preferred.
• Background in agricultural, construction, recreational, consumer, or industrial products is a plus.
• Experience supporting product development and engineering teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify 3D models using Creo.
• Generate detailed engineering drawings.
• Develop and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs).
• Support new product development and engineering change activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams on design improvements.
• Apply GD&T principles to ensure manufacturability and product quality.
• Maintain accurate product documentation and design records.
