Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks an experienced design engineer to translate customer needs into tooling-ready, manufacturable designs using CAD resources and Creo. You will collaborate with engineers, customers, and tooling vendors to advance new products from concept to production, ensuring ISO quality standards are met.

The role requires hands-on CAD modeling, robust design practice, and support across design stages with travel up to 5% to support the business and meetings.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• 4 years of applicable technical experience with Creo (ProE)
• Experience with Product Development in an ISO controlled environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Develop commercially viable designs for product offerings, using CAD and other resources.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers, Customers and Tooling vendors to develop, execute and implement new products from concept to production.
• Create robust models using sound design practices capable of multiple design changes.
• Maintain full compliance to ISO quality procedures and processes.
• Provide technical customer support and assistance.
