Job summary

Faithful Companion is seeking a full-time crematory operator at our Chaparral, New Mexico location for the day shift. This role ensures a high-quality, respectful cremation service while maintaining a clean and efficient operation.

The position offers a full benefits package after 30 days (401K match, medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, voluntary pet insurance, short-term and long-term disability). Monday through Friday schedule is available.

Qualifications

• Must be observant and function independently with good time management.
• Attention to detail while serving multiple families and maintaining a high standard.
• Responds to customers and veterinary staff promptly and professionally.
• Assist in keeping the crematory facility clean and presentable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers.
• Strong organizational skills to manage the cremation process.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining efficiency.
• Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs and more with assistance.
• Must pass a 4-panel drug screen and a background check.
