Stenger & Stenger, P.C. seeks an attorney licensed in Michigan to join our retail consumer collections team. With 1–3 years of creditor’s rights and civil litigation experience, you will help develop litigation strategy, manage dockets, and represent clients in court.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and licensed to practice in Michigan.
• 1–3 years of creditor’s rights and civil litigation experience.
• Ability to develop case-level litigation strategy and manage dockets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement case-level litigation strategy and zealously represent clients at court proceedings.
• Partner with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to efficiently manage dockets and pleadings.
• Negotiate settlements, defend against counterclaims, and navigate escalated matters.
• Leverage technology to monitor changes in laws/regulations and improve efficiency.
• Travel regionally to appear at courts throughout Michigan.
