• 1–3 years of experience in creditor’s rights and civil litigation.
• Develop and implement case-level litigation strategy and zealously represent clients in court proceedings.
• Prepare pleadings and manage dockets, coordinating with attorneys, paralegals, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement case-level litigation strategy and zealously represent clients at court proceedings.
• Partner with internal team to manage dockets, prepare pleadings, and ensure seamless case management.
• Negotiate settlements with defendants and opposing counsel; defend against counterclaims.
• Monitor changes in laws/regulations and educate team members to improve efficiency.
• Travel regionally to Georgia courts as needed and maintain good standing with the Georgia Bar.
