Job summary

SanMar is seeking a Supervisor, Credit Training to lead training, onboarding, and continuous development for the Credit teams. You will promote consistency in AR, Credit, Resale, New Accounts, and Cash Applications, while partnering with QA and project teams to rollout new programs and tools.

You will manage onboarding tasks, maintain training materials in Confluence, and ensure a high standard of customer service aligned with SanMar Family Values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with PC and software applications.
• Ability to lead a group and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR and Credit team training and onboarding.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, IT setup, and attendance policy.
• Oversee training on AR/Credit processes and customer service.
• Maintain Confluence docs and training materials.
• Collaborate with QA, AR Specialists, and project teams on refresher trainings.
