Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance/Statistics/Economics/Math).
• Min 3 years in consumer lending risk management or banking projects.
• Analytical, interpretive, problem-solving with structured analyses.
• Translate analyses into practical, executive-ready recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with SAS, SQL, or Python.
• Detail-oriented with independent decision-making.
• Experience leading risk management system deployment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor risk data and industry trends to improve risk processes.
• Identify performance trends using statistical and quantitative methods.
• Analyze and challenge performance of key initiatives; propose actions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and present findings to senior leaders.
• Support portfolio risk decision rules and enhancements with cross-functional teams.
• Lead initiatives end-to-end, define problems, secure stakeholder alignment, drive delivery.
• Help maintain risk management framework and regulatory alignment.
• Prepare and present risk monitoring reports to senior management.
