Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking an experienced Credit Risk Review (CRR) lead to manage data integration and develop data-driven risk analyses for diverse credit portfolios. You will generate timely risk reports for monthly assessments and board materials, while ensuring strict adherence to UBS policies and U.S.

regulatory guidance. The role requires 10+ years in financial services with deep knowledge of credit risk, SQL/Oracle/QlikView/Python, and the ability to mentor a small team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• MBA, CFA/FRM or formal financial services credit training are highly desired.
• 10+ years’ financial services experience with extensive knowledge of credit and credit risk.

Responsibilities

• Manage data integration for CRR to perform core functions.
• Develop and maintain data-driven risk analysis for subject credit risk portfolios.
• Develop data-driven sample selection files aligned with U.S. regulatory expectations.
• Generate timely credit risk reporting for monthly risk assessments and regulatory requests.
• Manage recording and tracking of CRR Issues on firm-wide systems.
• Improve CRR workpaper platform for stability and audit trails.
• Ensure compliance with UBS data and systems policies and U.S. regulatory requirements.
• Plan and execute the CRR annual plan.
• Mentor and manage a small team (1-3).
• Travel as needed.
