Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Credit Risk Manager in managing all aspects of credit risk for the loan portfolio/credit exposure, focusing on Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Project Finance, Subscription Financing, and Leverage Lending areas.
• Conduct credit risk assessments of proposals and reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with NBK policies and risk appetite.
• Analyze transaction risks independently and assign appropriate risk ratings.
• Prepare credit risk summaries and make recommendations to the GM/Branch Credit Committee and ICC for approval.
• Perform routine and ad-hoc loan reviews, monitor loan portfolio compliance with terms, and issue recommendations.
• Conduct periodic credit portfolio analyses, including sector concentration dashboards, and perform related administrative tasks.
• Support the Credit Risk Manager in handling inquiries from Head Office, liaise with internal auditors, and assist in regulatory exams.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations such as BSA/AML, CTF, OFAC, USAPA, and internal policies.
• Complete all required training, including HR, ISO, and BSA/AML/OFAC.
