Job Description:

This role involves analyzing credit and investigating existing and prospective clients and counterparts. Key responsibilities include assessing credit, market, and reputational risks, and ensuring adherence to credit risk policies, risk appetite, and reporting requirements, including Top of House (TOH), Line of Business (LOB) reports, and regulatory reports.

The position is responsible for all aspects of credit management for Americas (AMRS)-based Regulated Funds and Asset Managers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a high-volume, fast-paced portfolio of AMRS-based regulated and alternative fund clients from onboarding through underwriting, credit approval, and ongoing monitoring.
  2. Conduct detailed analysis of clients, understanding their investment strategies, liquidity, leverage, and associated risks.
  3. Assign internal risk ratings and recommend risk limits based on client risk profiles.
  4. Liaise with Legal to negotiate trading documentation.
  5. Perform ongoing client monitoring regarding credit quality and compliance with risk limits and policies.
  6. Support industry risk governance monitoring and identify operational, reputational, and market risks.
  7. Collaborate with colleagues across Sales & Trading, 2nd Line Risk, Credit Review, and LOB management.
  8. Conduct portfolio reviews and prepare management reports as needed.
  9. Contribute to regulatory tasks related to the AMRS funds portfolio.
  10. Work closely with Global Markets teams, including Trading, Structuring, and Sales, in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

BA/BS Degree preferred
