Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of project management experience in financial services or banking.
• Proven track record delivering projects in Credit Risk or Risk Technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Credit Risk technology initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Act as primary interface between business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical deliverables with IT teams.
• Establish project governance, reporting, and escalation processes.
• Track KPIs, manage resources and ensure delivery transparency across projects.
