Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Credit Risk Manager to lead advanced lending analytics and establish risk frameworks for HELOC and secured lending portfolios.

You will partner with Capital Markets, Product, Engineering, Servicing, and Compliance to refine underwriting strategies, model risk, and present methodology to investors, while ensuring regulatory requirements and portfolio health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s with a quantitative focus (Statistics/Math/CS/Engineering/Business).
• 5+ years in credit risk management or data science in consumer lending.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business judgment.
• Advanced SQL and Python/R for data pulling, cleaning, modeling.
• Experience with predictive modeling and customer segmentation.
• Experience with Tableau/Power BI/Looker and presenting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Refine underwriting strategies using analytics to optimize risk decisions.
• Model credit expansion, identify new customer segments, and improve funnel.
• Analyze historical loan data and perform root-cause analyses of losses.
• Develop valuation models and advise on yield projections.
• Design experiments with Product/Engineering/Data Science for risk/UX balance.
• Monitor post-implementation performance of credit and fraud rules.
