Job summary

Capital Farm Credit is seeking a Credit Resolution Specialist II to monitor and manage a portfolio of high-risk loans within the Credit Resolution Group. You will work with lending staff, legal counsel, appraisers, and management to implement restructuring plans aimed at restoring borrower viability and securing collateral.

You will lead collection actions, develop and execute liquidation strategies, analyze borrower financials, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and debtor rights

Qualifications

• General knowledge of accounting/financial systems.
• Specialized knowledge of accounting/finance principles.
• Specialized knowledge of loan term negotiation, accounting standards, banking regulations, operations, and credit practices.
• Skill in financial analysis of general commercial credits.
• Skills in oral and written communication.
• Basic skill level in loan analysis software programs.
• Basic skill level in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to perform basic to intermediate-level accounting/financial analyses under moderate supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with lending staff, legal counsel, appraisers, and management to execute distressed loan restructuring plans.
• Leads collection actions and prepares distressed loan restructuring notices and demand letters.
• Analyzes borrower financials to inform credit decisions and support resolution planning.
• Coordinates with external resources to support recovery efforts and objectives.
• Advises credit analysts on loan structure, pricing, documentation, and risk mitigation.
• Mentors junior staff and supports team development.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and debtor rights in all actions.
