• Identify root causes for delinquency and communicate findings.
• Prepare weekly reports on holds and releases for management.
• Light collections to resolve credit releases.
• Answer customer and field questions regarding account status.
• Maintain active follow up on files/pipeline.

Essential Functions

• Perform analysis of Dun & Bradstreet credit reportprofiles to analyst payment trends and overall business viability
• Prepare and present complete credit packages formanagement
• Ensure accurate customer account records by updatingcustomers file with limit changes, terms and all related collection fields
• Complete annual account reviews and limitincreases/decreases
• Monitor changes in financial reporting from Dun& Bradstreet
• Build and maintain spreadsheets and dashboard forcredit approval tracking and other projects
• Responsible to review and release holds due to creditlimits and overdue amounts
• Identify and communicate root cause for delinquency
• Complete weekly reporting for holds and releases toManager
• Light collections to resolve credit releases
• Answer customer and field questions regarding accountstatus
• Responsible for inactive customer base documentationand escalation for outside collections
• Communicate professionally and effectively
• Data entry
• Maintain active follow up on files/pipeline

Salary range $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
