Rave Financial is seeking a Credit Reporting & Dispute Specialist to ensure accurate credit reporting and timely resolution of disputes. You will review account and loan information, process corrections, and maintain documentation throughout the cycle.

Role:
The Credit Report & Dispute Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate credit reporting and the timely research and resolution of credit bureau disputes. This position reviews account and loan information, processes necessary reporting corrections, maintains required documentation, and communicates with members and internal departments to resolve credit reporting concerns. The position also provides support to Lending Operations, including assisting with Invo requests and other lending-related duties as needed.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education A high school education or GED.
Interpersonal Skills Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
Other Skills 1. Understanding of applicable regulations and procedures; knowledge of accounts payables and receivable is helpful.
