Job summary

Rave Financial is seeking a Credit Reporting & Dispute Specialist to ensure accurate credit reporting and timely resolution of disputes. You will review account and loan information, process corrections, and maintain documentation throughout the cycle.

On a day-to-day basis you will communicate with members and internal departments to resolve concerns, support Lending Operations with invoice requests, and help uphold our commitment to accurate, compliant reporting and service excellence.

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED is required.
• Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to follow regulations and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Reviews credit reporting information and resolves credit bureau disputes accurately and timely.
• Processes reporting corrections and maintains required documentation for member accounts and loans.
• Communicates with members and internal departments to research and resolve credit reporting concerns.
• Supports Lending Operations with Invo requests and other lending-related duties as needed.
