Glacier Bancorp, Inc. seeks a Chief Credit Officer to lead credit risk management, asset quality, and lending policy across the bank. Reporting to the President/CEO, the CCO will oversee credit administration and regulatory compliance while guiding strategy and performance.

This role requires strong leadership, collaboration with the Board, and on-site presence to manage commercial and consumer portfolios and foster a culture of accountability and exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

• Ten years of credit-related experience in banking required.
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Strong communication skills, ability to lead teams, and develop credit strategy.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for credit administration, portfolio management, and risk mitigation.
• Chair or participate in key credit committees to ensure sound decisions.
• Oversee commercial and consumer loan portfolios and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement credit policies aligned with Glacier Bancorp standards.
• Collaborate with lending leadership to drive portfolio growth and risk-adjusted returns.
