Job summary

Mission Lane LLC seeks a Business Manager, CLIP, to own the outcomes of a credit program and report to the Director, Portfolio Management. You will guide underwriting, pricing strategies, and customer success initiatives across product, data science, and engineering teams.

You will leverage AI-driven tools to accelerate analysis, mentor analysts, and design models that improve LTV and risk management, enabling scalable growth for Mission Lane’s credit products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in a highly analytical role.
• Bachelor's or master's in economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, or similar quantitative field with strong academic record.
• Track record of leading complex cross-functional analytical projects from start to finish.
• Experience guiding or mentoring other analysts.
• Comfort using SQL, Python, or similar tools for data analysis.
• Ability to travel ~4+ times per year for in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Use AI-driven tools to speed up and sharpen analysis.
• Adjust approach as customer behavior and market evolve.
• Turn financial data into clear recommendations that grow the business while managing risk.
• Run small tests in market and scale learnings.
• Mentor analysts working with you on the program.
• Develop actionable strategies based on data-driven insights and model financial impacts.
• Design and enhance LTV model to drive growth.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering to bring strategies to market.
