Job summary

Happen Bank, formerly LendingClub, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the marketing data products and CDP. You will drive AI-driven insights, personalization, and campaign optimization, collaborating with credit strategy, marketing, and engineering to translate analytics into customer-facing capabilities.

You will manage partner ecosystems with bureaus and martech/adtech platforms, and lead PI planning to align quarterly objectives and deliverables.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to own product area end-to-end from strategy through execution.
• Comfort with data and analytics and turning model outputs into product decisions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, credit strategy, engineering).
• Knowledge of AI/ML in credit and marketing decisions; regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for marketing data products and Customer Data Platform (CDP).
• Define AI and agentic solutions for smarter marketing insights, personalization, and campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with credit strategy, marketing, and engineering to translate analytics into product capabilities.
• Manage partner ecosystem including credit bureaus, referral networks, and martech/adtech platforms.
• Write clear product requirements with acceptance criteria and prioritize using data and AI insights.
• Lead program increments, align quarterly objectives, and ensure delivery milestones.
• Engage in scrums, support execution, and measure outcomes across the offer lifecycle.
